I recently watched the first series of Bomb Girls after seeing Bunny's post about it on the musings and adventures of a pinup mama. Bomb Girl follows the lives of women working in a munitions factory in the second world war. The characters are well written and it delves into some real issues of the time including the class divide, battles of the sexes, the dangers of working in a munitions factory, wartime affairs and even a lesbian liplock!
I absolutely adored the series especially the very dashing Antonio Cupo who plays Marco Moretti! Seriously though one of my favourite things about the show is the fabulous outfits so I leave you with a few here:
