At the Movies: Turbo

On Sunday the Hubby, my Niece, my Great-Niece and I attended the preview showing of Turbo in 3D hosted by Nuffnang and Smooth FM.

We were greeted inside by Turbo himself  then headed to our screen where we were offered complimentary popcorn and waters and a fab bag full of goodies.

As for the movie itself well Turbo is a heartfelt story about the power of self belief. Turbo is a common garden snail with the dream of becoming a racer. After a freak accident he finds himself turbo-charged and is picked up Tito another dreamer who wants to make his (and his brothers) Taco business a success. Tito runs a snails racing league. So together with the other racers and their snails Turbo and Tito follow their dream to enter (and win) the Indy 500.

Turbo is a fabulous feel good movie with a beautiful message which reminds us that (in the words of Gagne's father) No dream is too big and no dreamer too small!

Turbo is out in cinemas Thursday 19th September
