Vintage Events this Weekend in Sydney

There are some fabulous vintage events going on this weekend in Sydney so I thought I'd share them with you:
The first event is a Vintage Fashion Parade happening at Sydney Antique Centre on Sunday at 1:30pm. The parade will showcase spring fashions, evening wear and some other fantastic vintage fashion and beautiful items from around the antique centre.  Fashions are provided by Deborah at the Vintage Drawer, Nina at Nina's Vintage Closet and Glennis at Over the Top Vintage. I will be modeling in the parade so if you're coming by be sure to say hello!

The event is completely FREE but be sure to RSVP to secure your space and complimentary champagne!

The second event is the Roll On Long Lunch at Vaucluse House on Sunday at 1pm. Bring your favourite people along for an afternoon of lawn sports, live music and a long picnic lunch in your 1920s Sunday best.

Tickets include ALL of the food + Young Henrys Peach Braggot + Pimm's No 1 Cup or Gin & Tonic. Bus tickets include transfers via red double-decker vintage bus.

Roll on Long Lunch is taking over the grounds of Vaucluse House for a relaxed afternoon of drinks, food, music (thanks to Maples The British Blues The Mountains Spooky Land & Shady Lane), lawn sports (with USYD's Rascals) and workshops with Faf & bo plus tastings from SLM's cooks and curators.

The house, pleasure gardens and lawns are open to us - so you can kick off your shoes and play bocce, hoops, croquet and kubb on the grass. Then explore the hidden courtyards, cellars and gorgeous rooms of the house, with book-binding and 1920s recipe workshops

Dress in your vintage best inspired by a relaxed summer day in the 1920s. Tickets are $70 and are available here
