I don't know if I have mentioned this on the blog but in the run up to our cruise next month I decided to start following a low carb ketogenic diet again. However with the recent cold spell we have been having it is hard not to crave carby stodgy foods and yummy sweets. This is a super quick and easy crumble recipe I came up with to combat those winter sweet carb cravings.
Ingredients:
Fresh or frozen berries
Almond meal
Coconut cream to serve
Method:
This one is so easy simply add fresh or frozen berries to your bowl, sprinkle a generous layer of almond meal over the top to make your crumble topping and microwave for a couple of minutes until the crumble is piping hot. Pour over coconut cream to serve. A voila a simple and delicious winter desert in a matter of minutes!
