Sponsored Silence for Japan

Just a quick note to let you know I completed the 24 hour sponsored silence for Japan. It was pretty difficult at times but if you compare having to be quiet for a day to what the people of Japan have been through it is nothing and really the least I could do to help such a worthy cause.
