2015 has been a busy year for us especially in the past few months. I am finally moving towards the career that I wanted to work in for a long time (Childcare) and it looks like the bakery business will really get off the ground early next year so exciting times.
Here is all we got up to in 2015:
January:
♥ We started the year with my Sister and her partner staying with us and a visit from the French Fairy and family
♥ We went to check out the cars at North Coast Street Machines Show and Shine
♥ We went to see Into the Woods (which was a little disappointing)
♥ The Hubby and I took a mini break to Brisbane
♥ We celebrated Australia Day with a BBQ
February:
♥ We took a trip to Seaworld
♥ We had a great night out at Australian Outback Spectacular
♥ We took a day trip to Brisbane to see Everyone loves Lucy
March:
♥ We took a trip down to Sydney for a friends wedding
♥ We took another trip to Seaworld
♥ We went to Wet and Wild
♥ We farewelled my Sister and her Partner as they flew back to the UK
April:
♥ We took a calming trip to Crystal Castle
May:
♥ We had a great night out at La Soiree at Qpac
♥ We took out some first prizes at Queensland Baking Show
♥ We saw Pitch Perfect 2 at the movies
June:
♥ We headed to Coolangatta for Cooly Rocks On
♥ We celebrated our 4th Wedding Aniversary
♥ We had lunch and whale watched at the Lighthouse Beach Cafe
July:
♥ The Purple fairy and my lil neice visited
♥ We took my lil niece to Dreamworld
♥ We had lunch at Lighthouse Beach Cafe (no whales this time though)
♥ We headed to Brisbane to see Dirty Dancing
♥ We sailed off on a Pacific Island Cruise
August:
♥ We got our first lil bun Sorrel
September:
♥ We got our second lil bun Logan
♥ I jetted down to Sydney to see Anything Goes (thanks to Nuffnang) and caught up with the UN girls
♥ We got a new car
October:
♥ We went for a scenic drive on the route 28 tourist drive
♥ The hubby and I took a mini break to Mount Tambourine
♥ We won some awards at the Northern Rivers Baking Show
♥ The Hubby's Dad and Dawn arrived to visit
♥ We took a trip to Skypoint tower and Seaworld
November:
♥ We took a steam train ride from Roma Street Station, Brisbane
♥ We wandered around Mt Cootha reserve and botanical gardens after lunch at the lookout
♥ We did a wine tour in Mount Tamborine
♥ We took a river cruise and spotted some dolphins
♥ We had a spot of lunch at the Farm
♥ We got our third lil bun Juniper
♥ We farewelled the Hubby's Dad and Dawn
♥ We went to see the Dressmaker
December:
♥ We went to see Mockingjay
♥ The Hubby and I took a trip to Dreamworld
♥ We enjoyed a christmas eve lunch with Jose, Aloma and the girls
♥ We had a quiet Christmas relaxing at home
♥ The Purple Fairy and our friend Jody came up for a visit
♥ We headed to Movie World's White Christmas
♥ We had a spot of lunch at Lighthouse Beach Cafe
♥ We farewelled Megan and Jody
♥ We had a quiet New Years Eve as the hubby was working and only arrived home at 10pm and I had to be up at 4.30 to work New Years day! So we enjoyed the fireworks with a glass of bubbly then it was off to bed!
So all in all its been quite a busy year! I can't wait to see what next year brings!
